Dr. Steven Dalati brings over 16 years of medical experience to the team. Born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, the middle child of Lebanese immigrants, Dr. Dalati earned his bachelor\u2019s degree in biology from Spring Hill College in 2004. He graduated from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine, followed by postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Florida \u2013 Jacksonville.<\/span><\/p>\n Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Dr. Dalati has been recognized for his excellence in education and clinical practice. He received the Society of Teaching Scholars Outstanding Resident Teacher Award and the University of Florida Excellence in Student Education Award during his residency. In 2014, he was honored with the prestigious ACOG\/CREOG National Faculty Award for his contributions to medical education.<\/span><\/p>\n Dr. Dalati practiced at Olive View-UCLA Medical Center as a faculty member at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. He is also a co-editor of Ob\/Gyn Secrets, 4th Edition, a widely regarded resource in the field.<\/span><\/p>\n Now practicing full-scope obstetrics and gynecology in The Woodlands, Texas, Dr. Dalati has a special focus on high-risk obstetrics and minimally invasive surgeries. His wife, Dr. Amanda Mularz, specializes in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, and they moved to The Woodlands together in 2015.
